I have heard of the flu but Sharepoint Server Flu? Sounded a little odd when I first read about it, but it turned out to be one of the most informative webcast I have ever attended!
A shout out at Shane Young over @ SharePoint911.com for putting together a superlative webcast that gave attendees quite a few tips. It was one of the few times I have attended a webcast where I felt like an hour was just not enough at the end of it.
I am going to wait until Shane posts about this on his blog before I start posting specifics! Hopefully, that won't be too long :)
Till then, you can amuse yourselves by reading this Sharepoint Admin white paper that a part of the presentation is based on if I am not mistaken.
